Cancellation Policy

Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policies 1. Booking Policy All sessions must be scheduled in advance through the official booking system. Services include: * Discovery Calls * 1:1 Coaching * Executive Coaching * Teen Coaching * Trauma-Informed / Somatic Sessions * Personal Training & Performance Coaching * Structured Programs (8–12 weeks) Full payment is required at the time of booking. Structured programs may offer installment plans if agreed in writing. No session is confirmed without payment. First-time clients (excluding Discovery Calls) must complete the intake form at least 24 hours before their session. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture. --- 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Your session time is reserved exclusively. * A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. * Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. * Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged in full. Exceptions may be considered for genuine medical or family emergencies at Sara’s discretion. Repeated late cancellations may result in termination of services. --- 3. Late Arrival Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals do not extend session duration. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may be considered a no-show. --- 4. Waitlist Policy Some services operate with limited availability. If a program is full: * Clients may request placement on the official waitlist. * Clients are contacted in order of registration. * Once contacted, booking must be confirmed within 24 hours or the spot is released. Priority may be given to returning clients for high-demand intensives. --- 5. Refund Policy Completed sessions are non-refundable. Packages and programs are non-refundable once started. In rare cases where coaching is deemed inappropriate, unused sessions may be refunded at Sara’s discretion. --- 6. Client Responsibility This practice is client-centered but not client-led. Coaching is structured, evidence-based, and professionally guided. Clients are expected to: * Attend sessions on time * Engage in agreed practices * Communicate respectfully * Honor professional boundaries Engagement may be discontinued if boundaries are repeatedly violated. --- 7.
