I’m Sara Bhatti, a Strategist in Elite Performance, Human Potential, and Consciousness Expansion. I am the founder of Raw Philosophy and creator of SaraYog. I integrate yogic mastery, high-performance psychology and body regenerative science to help visionary leaders and Pro-Athetes unlock their highest potential. I’m also the author of Ascend, a deep exploration of mind expansion and human evolution.
My Mastery Series uncovers the principles of peak success. Bridging spirituality and science in a deep study of elite individuals and civilizations to reveal the techniques behind mastery.
My Journey
Alongside my work in human potential, I built a diverse career as an artist, actress, TV host, and MC, bringing creativity to stage, screen, and live events.
At LUMS, I studied Philosophy, Psychology, and Economics, which deepened my understanding of the mind and human systems. My curiosity expanded into psychotherapy, wellness, finance, and cryptocurrency.
Later, at Central Saint Martins in London, I immersed myself in the arts while working in media and fashion. But beyond every role, my deepest journey has always been inward—toward truth, purpose, and self-mastery.
Spiritual Warrior
While my public career flourished, I felt a deep pull toward ancient wisdom and inner mastery. Beyond formal education, I completed certifications in Yoga, Ayurveda, Sound Healing, and Meditation, but my greatest lessons came from direct experience.
I spent months in the Himalayas, living in monasteries, embracing silence, fasting, and solitude. I undertook 40-day water fasts, long periods of silence, and over a year in self-imposed isolation to deepen my connection with the divine.
Through years of discipline, I discovered that prayer, yoga, fasting, meditation, and silence are powerful tools of self-mastery; refining the mind, purifying the body, and awakening higher consciousness.
Values & Mission
I believe talents, beauty, health, and wealth are not just blessings but karmic gifts and tests. In ancient traditions, these are Siddhis; powers born of karma, meditation, and mastery.
Our purpose is to use these gifts to serve a higher mission, but that begins with self-mastery. I commit fully to my practice so I can help others reach their highest potential. True leadership is lived, not spoken.
